Mary-Anne Haupt owns and operates the Heaven On Earth Healing Arts Centre, which provides holistic healing services in Reiki and Foot Reflexology in order to obtain optimal health and well-being for clients, as well as Reiki Certification Courses in the Usui, Karuna® and Blue Star methods. Axiatonal Re-alignment courses are also offered. She is a Registered Reiki Master/Teacher with the Canadian Reiki Association as well as an Affiliate Member of the International Center for Reiki Training.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is the Japanese word for Universal Life Force, a pure healing energy. When Life Force becomes blocked, whether through stress or emotional trauma, it impedes a healthy energetic flow resulting in disease and emotional disharmony. While Reiki is gentle and non-invasive, it powerfully heals and accelerates the release of energetic impasses in the chakras (energy centers), thus opening the path to stress reduction, pain relief and freedom from mental & emotional blocks. Reiki is a holistic technique.
Reflexology Services
The history of Reflexology goes back thousands of years. Some people believe that because of its simplicity and effectiveness, it may well be a form of therapy found all over the world and in every culture, and that no one can actually claim to have invented it. Cultures in Europe, as well as the Far East, have found traces of "foot work" dating back thousands of years. It's a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body.
Reiki Treatments
During a Reiki treatment, the client rests on a massage table while the practitioner’s hands are placed on or just above the body. Comfortable, loose clothing is recommended. Clients may sense the flow of energy throughout their bodies, such as coolness, vibration, movement, heat or tingling, involuntary movements or seeing colours. These sensations are the effects of energy clearing in the body. Whether connection to the energy is experienced or not, healing is occurring & the treatment is effective.

A typical Reiki session begins first with a detailed case history of the client, followed by a treatment approximately 1 hour in length. I follow up with some counselling after the session in order for the client to understand what was done during the treatment and how to move forward. Treatments vary in length from 1.5 - 2 hours. I take my time and provide the client with the attention they require.
Spiritual Counselling
By working through past traumas and experiences that have now become triggers in the present, and by becoming aware of when and why these triggers are surfacing, clients are assisted in accessing the tools needed to reframe and create a positive outcome of the current experience.
Reiki Certification Courses in-person class
I took my level one and two Usui Reiki Training with Mary-Anne. She brings substantial knowledge and enlightenment to her courses. She is a supportive teacher with a genuine desire for her students to grow as healers and spiritual beings"
